Tango in Nürnberg

The Nuremberg tango scene offers a packed program with classes on almost every day of the week. The week is particularly busy from Monday to Thursday, when several studios offer classes in parallel. In addition to the numerous classes, there are regular Milongas on Friday and Tuesday as well as occasionally on Saturday, and from time to time a Práctica also takes place.

This week

This week the usual class program runs in the various studios – from Monday to Friday there are offerings for all levels. On Friday at 8:30 pm, Milonga Night at Tanzschule WILFEGO invites you to dance, followed by the Milonga at Tanzerei on Saturday at 8 pm. The Tuesday Milonga Tanguería La Ronda at Oscar y Vicky Tango Studio begins as usual at 8:30 pm. If you would like to delve deeper into the Milonguero style, you will find the Tango Milonguero workshop on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm at Oscar y Vicky Tango Studio.

If you are new to the Nuremberg tango scene, you will find beginner classes on various days of the week: Tuesday at 8:30 pm at Tanzschule WILFEGO, Thursday at 7 pm at Evangelisches Gemeindehaus Maxfeld, or Thursday at 8:30 pm at Studio Steffitango with the From Zero to Hero class. Studio Steffitango is located in Fürth, as are Oscar y Vicky Tango Studio and TANZerei. In Nuremberg itself you will find Tanzschule WILFEGO, Tanz Galerie (Schlösschen), and Evangelisches Gemeindehaus Maxfeld. The regular Milongas on Friday evening and Tuesday evening are good opportunities to get to know the dance community and put what you have learned into practice on the pista.
