The research works, you proofread

Every night our crawler reads the public pages of tango schools, venues and listing calendars. An AI extracts dates, places and times – only what the page says, with the passage as evidence. What several sources agree on goes into the calendar by itself. Organizers get one mail and take their events over with one click.

Every entry says where it comes from

Entered by the organizer? Found on two calendars? Seen once? The badge on every event tells you, and the sources are named on the detail page. Nothing is sold as certain that is not.

Place first

How the calendar fills itself

From the organizers' websites through reading, checking and matching into the calendar, and back to the organizer who proofreads Websites schools, venues, listing calendars Reading politely, nightly, honours robots.txt Extracting AI: date, place, time – with the passage as proof Matching venue, organizer, series; several sources agree? Calendar marked by level The organizer proofreads – one mail, one click then the event is confirmed and the organizer's own site is read first
What the research finds stays a hint until a second source agrees; what the organizer confirms counts fully. Every step keeps the source, so you can always see why an entry is there. How our crawler behaves

Four levels, one list

The trust levels: hint, corroborated, corroborated externally, confirmed Hint Corroborated Corroborated externally ✓ Confirmed seen on one website collapsed per day, grey two or more sources agree or the organizer's own site compact card, yellow from a partner calendar that checks with the organizers compact card, light green entered or taken over by the organizer full card, green the goal of every entry
You choose what you see: only confirmed events, with hints, or hints unfolded – the switch sits above the list. A hint that nobody confirms fades out by itself; an entry that is wrong can be reported or removed with one click.

For organizers: from found to confirmed in one minute

The organizer's path: we find the event, one mail, take over and correct, confirmed, from then on your website is read 1 We find it your milonga appears as a hint or corroborated 2 One mail exactly one, with a link – no password, no form 3 Take over, correct “Mine” – fix the time if needed – or “not mine”, “not right” ✓ Confirmed from now on we read your website – or you type the next one in 30 seconds Entering yourself: a link, a photo of the flyer or the text of your announcement – the AI capture fills the form, you check it. Series in one go, pictures, preview.
